Hi—
My background is in production. I’ve worn all the hats and I’ve been overusing em dashes since 2009. SCAD kicked me out of the matrix in 2013 with a BFA in Film & Television focused on writing and directing.
In 2016 I quit my job with no plan began freelancing as video editor and eventually leaned so hard into motion design it became my title.
In 2022 I launched an online course to help other freelancers price their work. Students and Redditors said it was helpful.
From 2019–2025 many evenings were spent helping students at School of Motion (EXS, mostly) and I loved connecting with the motion community this way.
Currently based in Atlanta and traveling often. Still freelancing.
